Jojo Heizmann is a musician, producer, songwriter, and visual artist based in Hamburg, Germany. His music moves between acoustic songwriting, electronic soundscapes and driving techno. Under the alias joboT_arT, he creates drawings, collages, sculptural structures, and object-beings, alongside experimental videos and both analog and digital stop-motion projects.
Intuition, experimentation, and a deliberate departure from familiar structures and proportions shape his visual language. Forms and movement are deconstructed, distorted, and reassembled. A DIY aesthetic and unconventional approaches characterize his works that transcend clear genre and format boundaries. Music and visual art form two distinct, equally important aspects of his artistic expression.
